Safely Remove Hardware Icon Missing

hmm, for apparent reason my Safely Remove Hardware icon gone missing in WinXP, these includes several icons as well. e.g. volume and others.

Most importantly i need this icon to disable my USB device. so to do this. paste these command in the run command by pasting it - [windows key + R]

–RunDll32.exe shell32.dll,Control_RunDLL hotplug.dll

And whoaalla!
